You do the following:
Find out what the customer wants you to do?
If you don't agree, have them open a return and ship it back for a refund or....
ask them to send you some photos and you can determine if it's worth your time or.....
just refund or.....
ignore until they figure out how to open a return....

USPS has the miraculous powers of opening tape and your item ends up in someones quilted pocket 😂
