Unable to refund buyer

I have never run into this problem before. I am unable to refund mt buyer. See attached screen shot.

When did they buy?

Did they actually pay? 

Did it ship EIS (you in USA, item OUTSIDE USA?)

It shipped to Michigan and was returned from Michigan. Ebay is saying I need to add a payment source. I already have my bank acct as the payment source. Been that way for years with no problems.

They purchased a week ago.

You must not have a payment option set up and you do not have enough 'pending' to cover. Try re-entering a 'payment' source (bank account that payments go to?)

I just re-selected my bank account and it still is not working. I have been using this bank acct for over 20 years on ebay. Never a problem refunding until today.
