Ebay has started holding my money over return requests. They were not
doing this for years. Now they are back at it again. Anyone else have
this happen in the past couple weeks?

I just re-selected my bank account and it still is not working. I have
been using this bank acct for over 20 years on ebay. Never a problem
refunding until today.
