I have an item ship to Canada, using USPS first class international. No matter how I try, I encounter error saying that ebay is unable to get it printed? What's happening??

If you have FC P International that needs to ship today ... try Stamps.com

You can also print First Class International package labels at USPS Click & Ship.

Yes ... at the Retail Rate. There is no discount when using Click N Ship.
Stamps uses Commercial Base Rates.

Correct. You'll lose your discount, you'll have to enter all information manually, and you'll have to enter your tracking # in eBay. But not everyone will want to open a Stamps account. It's just another option.

BTW...thanks for posting the Stamps link. I had forgotten that I opened an account years ago to work around another eBay bug. I only used it a few times. I need to dust off my login/password.

@missjen831 wrote:There’s apparently a glitch. I don’t know if eBay is working on it or not since it’s Sunday. Just buy the labels from PayPal, should be the same price unless you qualify for the comm plus rate through eBay.
The glitch is with Pitney Bowes which is used by both eBay and Paypal. It will not go through at either locations. I have tried and get the same message as the OP. An update just happened (USPS price increases) eBay, Paypal and Pitney Bowes all know about it and they have reported they found the problem and working on the fix right now. The best solution is to just try later today.
Good Luck Selling!

What happened is USPS separated International First Class Mail Package and International First Class Envelope into two separate categories but eBay did not change it on their site therefore USPS will not allow anyone to print labels unless you select "Documents" as type of items in package. eBay is aware of the problem but the question is how long will it take them to fix it. All we can do is wait until they fix this. I have been using stamps.com software to print the labels so I won't have any late shipments; even though it costs more there to print the labels.
