Just tried to list a package of note, invitation, gift cards & related notepad. eBay will not permit the listing
apparently due to using the words "gift cards". Their take on gift cards, Im assuming, relates to the kind of gift cards purchased at stores, etc. So...changed the listing title to note cards, etc. Still cannot list. Changed to invitation cards...still no. This is crazy! Any suggestions?

What category are you trying to put this in?

In addition to your title, you will also need to review and perhaps adjust your item description and your item specifics.

What exactly is a gift card if it's not the plastic credit card sized thing typically loaded with funds for making purchases?
Are you talking about blank note cards? Greeting cards without the greeting? I can't imagine any buyer searching for those using the search term "gift card."
Call them what they are: blank note cards. Make sure you're listing them in the correct category with an accurate description. If you still get an error, post what the exact error message is, along with the title you're using and the category.
Edit: I just found your listing "Invitation, Thank You, Announcement Note Cards with Note Pad w/ Pen - NEW"
A more effective title would be: Peacock Blank Note Cards Set of 10 with Note Pad & Pen

Many people refer to the cards and envelopes designed to hold currency (or gift cards) as gift cards or money holders. Growing up, we called them gift cards or money cards....used commonly at Christmas, graduation, birthdays...back then, currency was usually given, because the now ubiquitous plastic gift cards didn't really exist. The envelopes were basically the size of currency, so when you saw one of those envelopes, you could be pretty sure you were getting cash LOL

A "gift card" might be a little folded-over piece of paper, decorated with flowers, possibly, that you can put inside a box holding, well, a gift. It might or might not have its own small envelope. It would tell the gift recipient who the gift came from.
To the OP, I suggest putting the word "enclosure" between "gift" and "card." That might confuse eBay's computers and allow you to post your products.
