A buyer made 2 purchases within 5 minutes. Buyer used 2 different user names - both with 0 feedback.
Buyer's name and address is the same on both transactions - just different user names.
I am combining shipping but ebay will not allow me to use the same tracking #s for both items since it sees 2 different user names.
Any ideas as to how to resolve? I am assuming buyer is a newbie and perhaps confused as they did not ask for a combined invoice.
TIA - I see great solutions in here everyday and hope someone has one this time too.

Correct. eBay will not allow you to use the same tracking number for 2 different userids. The buyer probably checked out as a guest using the buy it now option on each listing instead of adding to their shopping cart. That's why there are 2 different transactions with 2 different IDs.

That's a red flag if I ever saw one. These newbies need to be put in their place sometimes.

I don't think that it is a red flag. It is a guest user who made one purchase and then another one. Guest ID's are different for each purchase.

No, problem solved. Sending as 2 separate shipments made most sense and #coffeebean832 confirmed and explained why it is so. Thank you.
