USPS package stuck in pre-shipment

So basically I ordered an item 23+ days ago and it’s been stuck in pre-shipment for more than a couple of weeks now. I’m really confused atm.

It just may not be showing tracking until it gets to X place.  Does show it processed thru the Korea facility, which I presume means it has been mailed.  What is the expected delivery date?

I have family in Korea so I mail things sometimes with usps there though it’s not ideal going to Korea. It never takes longer than two weeks unless it’s something huge and was shipped via cargo. If you don’t receive or hear anything in a few days open up “item not received case”.  It won’t allow me to write in Hangul 😞
