There is not; but you have a lot of issues with your current shipping. $25 to ship a pair of shoes? $15 to ship a pipe (yet many are $5, 6. $9 to ship kids clothing (and says 1st Class so must be under 16oz.)
I'd say most everything you have would now be GA; and you can convert all to that and then just go through your items, checkmark the ones that need to go Priority (or you can also leave them at GA) and change them back if wanted.
