USPS fails to deliver I get bad feedback

I have 9 negative feedback. The USPS failed to deliver, tells the buyer it was delivered. The buyer wants a refund and posts negative feedback. eBay representative says they will forward my request to remove the negative  and it never happens. 

Every time the USPS fails, I get a negative. eBay does nothing. 

As soon as my inventory is lower I am quitting eBay.

Out of the 9 negatives, only 3 was for no item received, the rest were other problems with their orders.

Who would YOU blame if you spent $10 or $1000 on something and never received it? It's ON YOU and is the chance you take when selling online- anywhere!

If tracking shows the item was delivered, then the USPS says it was delivered.

I'm confused. The title of this thread says USPS fails to deliver, but the body of the post was that it showed delivered?

If tracking shows delivery, tell the buyers who contact you to open a case for INR (item not received). 

You have to respond to the case, paste the tracking number into the claim and within a few days, ebay will close the case in your favor, release your funds and if the buyer(s) leave negative feedback, it's removable.

Only 3 of your 9 negatives are about not receiving an item.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, If you win a INR case ebay will remove the feedback.

Thanks for telling us about INR. In the many time consuming conversations with eBay reps they never told us about INR. With reps like that, why bother to call them?
