USPS is greyed out and I'm getting the message
"We could not get a quote for this service. Please check the order details and try again."
Cleared cache etc. still nothing

Looks like his street address is incomplete, although the City, State and ZIP are correct (for each other, anyway).
You will need to get clarification from the buyer on what his street address is supposed to be. You have his phone number as part of the order details if he does not answer messages.
Note that even if you have to correct his street address, USPS Delivery Confirmation only tracks delivery to the City and ZIP of the address received with the payment, so as long as the City or ZIP do not need to be changed, you will still have seller protection against Item Not Received disputes.
If all else fails, you can cancel the sale due to Problem with Address, but I get the feeling that this one should be possible to sort out.

Because you didn't click the right button at the top of the shipping page- you have to choose 'Carrier Package' instead of 'Custom Size' to use any 'Priority Flat Rate Products' (or Fedex or UPS etc.).
Since Ground Advantage did show a price, that means you have 'Custom Size' chosen.

No, I just printed a USPS label without any issues. The message says to check order details and try again, I would investigate that.
Is it the item you sold yesterday? You have local pick up in the listing, did your buyer select local pick up perhaps?

No, Priority Flat Rate options are available even if Custom Size was selected. (I just went back and doublechecked.) The problem must lie elsewhere. @mreinsmith : What package dimensions and weight did you declare?

2lbs 12x12x6
I wasn't doing priority mail just where I was when scrolled
Free to buyer, preselected ground advantage
So it shows buyer selected next to GA

Has the buyer payment definitely cleared and Ebay is saying that it is time to ship?
Once the buyer makes payment the Ship To address will be known and can be shown on the Shipping form. But if the payment is still processing and Adyen does not actually have the clear funds then I think there will be a block on actually printing the label just yet.

Sure looks like it, but I'm digging
I'll go with FedEx if I have to

Um, I would not suggest changing carriers to something other than what the buyer selected (even if it's Free Shipping). The recipient may have a horrible local FedEx outlet, or otherwise for whatever reason may rely on USPS deliveries only.
I would give it a few hours and maybe try again to print the Ground Advantage label that the buyer is expecting. At worst, you could either print the label on-line at USPS.com or PirateShip or even buy it over the counter (at retail, of course) and then upload the tracking number to the order details when you've dropped it off.

Oh, I just found the issue
His address is
W13805
Gilman, 54433 WI
And yes, you're right, I've never done that before even when I take a hit on the price.
Guess I'll have to contact support to see what to do
