Good luck. I had one recently. I shipped a very rare Haviland piece that the buyer had been searching for 2 yrs. UPS. They really messed up. Looking at Tracking it went thru 14 different cities and took 2 weeks. It arrived completely destroyed. The box was crushed top and side. The buyer was heartbroken. She sent pictures of the crushed box. She knows it's UPS fault. I refunded to her in full and did a claim thru UPS. They gave me a claim #, told me it would be approved and said they would email me to get source to refund to me. I sent All the info. Pictures, tracking mess, receipt of purchase, etc. She also complied and sent info. I've heard nothing.
