As a friendly, but important, reminder the US Flag should not touch the ground.
While researching, I was astonished to see how many listings for the flag include photos of the flag laid out on the floor for photos, or even outside on the grass/dirt. If you are not aware of U.S. Flag code, just read up a little bit before posting your flag for sale. You can also safely and respectfully dispose of your U.S. flag at the American Legion, VFW posts, as well as many governmental facilities.
Happy Listing!

Actually...
I live in Los Angeles, and we DO have a curfew on water.
It's called the City of Los Angeles Water Conservation Ordinance, and it restricts the days of the week, hours of the day, and number of minutes we can water our yards, whether with a hand-held hose or irrigation system.

Thanks, but that's not a curfew.

I thought that was just water rationing. I remember water rationing when I was a kid - similar restrictions.

Very sweet words, thank you Adam.

I don't know ... my understanding is that rationing is regulating the amount of something consumed.
This goes beyond rationing to regulate the specific dates, hours, and number of minutes the water can be used .

I guess you could the use of the word a colloquialism, in this context?
The meaning was pretty obvious, IMO.

And that is your right to fly the flag religiously regardless of whose in the WH. That said, if someone chooses not to fly it during this chaos, and they store it properly they should not be labeled as "un-american". It's not like they threw it in a dumpster or burned it.
On the other hand if people start hanging it upside down, I guess that is acceptable too since Justice Alito set the precedence and I bet the MAGA cult were so proud of him doing it then. I actually didn't even know about doing that until he set the example.

And the rest of the world watches in utter confusion wishing the Americans who fetishize the American flag had the same energy when it came to actual human beings. Flags are not people, not soldiers, dead or alive.
Except North Korea and Russia.
