Turning off authentication guarantee

I listed an item for sale and this authentication guarantee was automatically applied is there a way to remove that, or sale without it

The authentication is to cover the BUYER; not you.

Nope, eBay decides what qualifies for authentication, not you.  Only way around it would be to sell via another venue.
