Transaction defect rate

Due to mistakes I made my Transaction defect rate has shot up to 2.42%. I have since corrected the issue ( crosslisting accounting).  E-bay policy, when defect rate is too high, prohibits promotions. As a result my sales have tanked so I am unable to improve my Transaction defect rate. Is there anything I can do to improve my standing with E-bay so I can promote again and get back to profitablity??

The only way to improve your standings with eBay is to sell more so you dilute the defect rate.

Find something to sell extra cheap or at a loss to bring your defect rate down.

lower prices could bring more sales........you could at least lower them by the % you were willing to pay to promote.....
