I don't think my suggestion of shutting down the social chats on twiter and FB and bringing those function to ebay would be worth mentioning, even though it would seem that they take more people off ebay and expose them to other selling areas.

I am hoping members respond to that board, especially those who raised concerns in the past about lack of advertising by eBay.  

Lack of member activity there may lead to fewer of these opportunities to voice concerns and offer constructive criticism that will get read and maybe acted upon.

I think all comments would be helpful to eBay and to other members.

Good luck.  You, having posted here, will possibly get some action over there.

Even from your OP, I had a hard time recognizing that it was down there.  Usually someone who wants input, be it IS or shipping or whatever, will post a message with a link or asking for participation.
