Tracking provided dispute but Negative feedback

The tracking shows it was delivered, but buyer filed a dispute.  Dispute is still pending, although I had the tracking number.  However, buyer left me negative feedback.  What’s strange is that I’m not seeing that net feedback on my listing page.  Is that person blocked automatically because item says delivered?  Or, is negative feedback removed?

Tracking provided dispute but Negative feedback

Yes negative feedbacks are automatically removed.  I’ve had plenty of feedback automatically removed for cases resolved in my favor or tracking showed delivered

Negs are never 'automatically' removed.

I don't see a neg either so how do you know buyer left it?

If a 'dispute' has been opened, which is really NOT a dispute; it's a 'refund' with the reason of 'not received'. You would have received a message from ebay about it, you need to 'respond', which you would do by inputting the tracking number.  Case will be closed if item shows delivered.

You can also contact buyer and tell them that tracking shows delivered, check with neighbors, others in the house and/or their carrier asap (before they forget) to ask the carrier 'where' did they leave it?

@gardenofdolls   Did the Buyer tell you they left Neg FB for you?  Just curious ...

Here is a link to the Help pages on payment disputes.

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/payment-dispute-seller-protections?id=5293&st=12...

One of the links on that page covers Negative FB being removed as part of Seller Protections ...

@stainlessenginecoversThought you might benefit from the link above ...

On dispute, tracking was provided and was delivered.  On my sold list, it says  “left negative feedback” on my seller portal.  I don’t see it on  my feedback page though.

@gardenofdolls   Can you please do me a favor and explain if the "dispute" you referred to was an Item not received claim filed by the Buyer or a Payment Dispute (credit card charge back)???  Your post was not clear on that point.

Sorry, but yes, sometimes negative feedback is removed automatically.

My bad; guess I was wrong.

I'm surprised that 'anything' to the positive is "automatically" done for sellers. Seems you usually have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done.

So, kudos to eBay for doing this for sellers! (removing neg feedback)
