When you uploaded your listing, eBay noted that it could take up to 24 hours to "index" and be listed.
New and occasional sellers will usually see longer indexing time, as will sellers in high value/high fraud categories.
I hope you are also aware that your customer's cleared payment will be Held for up to 21 days before Managed Payments frees it. And that most sellers are defaulted to a weekly (Tuesday) transfer of their MP balance to their bank.
So if your item indexes today and is sold tomorrow, you may wait 21 days for it to clear the HOLD and then it will be the next Tuesday before it is in your bank.
OTOH, you can use the Held funds to buy your shipping label, and delivery is one way that the Hold is ended.
