If the buyer has already left you positive feedback that is a good indication
that the item was delivered but wasn't scanned as delivered buy the carrier.
That happens sometimes. If it was me I would make a note of it, but don't do
anything (unless you here from the buyer.)
More than likely the buyer has the item and is happy and doesn't know the
tracking is showing as not delivered and every thing will be fine.
