I can't find all my listings, just some and others on other days.

I am new at this, but I can't find all of my posts all of the time. Some days, I see some of them and other days I see different ones. I haven't done this before and spent a lot of time reading the rules but don't know what I am doing wrong.

Offer way too high

I have just listed my first ever item to sell on EBay for $24.00. Within 2 hours I received an offer for $140.00 for the item. The seller seems to have no history at all. This is obviously a scam. Should I do anything beyond declining the offer?
