When you use the GSP it will honor the shipping preferences you have setup for your account. There is no steadfast rule with regards to what countries to avoid it is more of a personal decision. I sell internationally but there are some countries that I will not ship to or buy from. China and the Russian Federation (even before the sanctions) are at the top of that list. I also avoid South America, Africa and some middle eastern countries.
