Total fees for item

i have just started a store on ebay and am getting around 13% fee on my sale is there ay way i can bring this fee down

It's multiplied in this case. So, 10.8%. I believe.

12% for store.... 0.12 * 0.9

The eBay fee schedule spells out what the fees are for every store level, every category, every format, and every sale amount. They are what they are. 

Some categories have fees that are much lower than 13%, but that will not help you if you are not selling items in those categories.
