Top rated seller plus

Ive been a top seller for well over a year now.  I've always had 1 day handling time and recently went in and changed all my items to 30 day returns so I could receive the 10 percent discount.  I just looked and noticed out of my 1200 items I have listed only 150 of them are saying top rated plus. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've looked at multiple listings that sold today and none of them are giving my the discount yet they were listed at 30 day return and 1 day handling time.  Is there something else I have to change to get the discount?

For Top Rated Seller Plus to receive the 10% discount on fvf you need to have 1 day handling time and 30 day free returns where the seller pays. Your listing show buyer pays so your listings don't qualify for the discount.
