Top Rated Seller protection message ... I need an interpretation ...

I've gotten this message a few times but today I studied the circle chart and got real confused ... I offer Free 30 day returns on all my listings (unless I make the occasional boo-boo) BUT, if you read the chart and the dark color to me it implies I don't offer it on ANY of my listings ... I am miss-understanding this chart?  I "get" the use of the word "could" in that sentence but the fact that I offer 30 day Free returns shouldn't the entire circle be the lighter color?

Mine is the same. I was like that should be the lighter color as all my items offer free 30 day returns and am top rated.

I don't know about the circle color, since it says 100%, then I know all my listings are covered.  Mine used to not say 100%, but I don't remember what the circle looked like then.

mr lincoln, I think this has been discussed before. If all your listings offer 30 day returns, they are all protected. The color of the circle is an error.  You are correct, it should be the lighter blue. Nothing to worry about.

Oh, now I see what you are talking about.  Mine was all black---no blue at all.

My circle is the same color as yours. I offer 30-Day Returns, too... not 'Free', but 30-Day. Oh, well...

Mine is the same as yours and I also have it set up like they want. That email is what sent me down the rabbit hole of looking harder at managed payments then I decided to see how everyone else feels about it. I just saw this topic first and figured I'd read. Glad it's not just me 🙂

My circle is the same color also and says 100% Protected.  I do not offer free returns or otherwise.  My listings say Seller does not accept returns.  I rated as a Top Rated Seller.  Do you think being a Top Rated Seller meets the requirement even though I do not offer free returns?

I just got this ridiculous thing again, and as before, wrong colors OR my listings really don't have 30 day returns.

eBay, get it together, it's kind of embarrassing to miss such a glaring error.

I got the same exact message on my selling account. I offer 30 day returns and was confused by this message.  I came to the forum and I'm glad to find out I'm not the only one confused.  Looks like it's just a typical eBay mess up.

This was discussed when the last seller protection thing came out. Good to see they got right on fixing it.
