So once again, no need to market if you work for ebay, instead today they changed the fonts on the seller hub. Gee what an improvement to sales. I had none today, again. So instead of marketing eBay, you want to just change the code in the system so the fonts in seller hub are different. Thanks, that helps a lot.

Have been gone most of today and had not noticed until you posted.  lol

Yes, it seems like daily there are illogical tweaks while other critical parts run-amuck!

Guessing different SE's on different projects, but it does kinda make you scratch your head when you see this stuff pop up!

They seem to have also revised the pages when creating a listing a few days ago. It’s actually very good for us with the IPAD. They added more ways to add item specifics than the previous version we were seeing.  Still in the same format with the pop ups.

I figured that was actually just some sort of accident, problem with a stylesheet or something that will probably go back to normal soon.

I noticed the font change a few  weeks ago.  It is smaller and I wear glasses, but it is still hard to read.  Not exactly the change I would have made, especially since there are so many other things that need fixed.

This isn't exactly the sort of change that diverts resources. I am not even a web developer and I could have changed it myself in about 3 minutes, most of which would be spent looking for the right file to edit in the first place. I still think it is an accident that happened during some other minor code update.

I am confident that not all of the 10,000 employees at eBay were sitting idle due to a font change.

I doubt the software engineers have many marketing tasks anyway.

They just made it harder to read.  Ebay always looking out for the You!  NOT

The font is horrible and very hard to read.  Perhaps they could give us an option for which of the two fonts to use?  Isn't the hub supposed to be customizable?

Not trying to be a contrarian, but I find the font cleaner and easier to read, but not crazy about the new 'innovations' in the listing page - it's slowing me down and the page jumps around now.  Since I know no one can please everyone all the time, I'll settle for the listing page NOT jumping around- it does it either when I try to enter text in the condition box, or when I try to enter a brand.  Really sloppy work.

I was gonna say, it's basically just changing the font name in a stylesheet. Takes all of maybe ten seconds to do once you find the right line of code.

The font and layout looks like Etsy's.  They don't give you a font choice on Etsy and all the font is to the left, not centered.

That's interesting.  I can read Etsy's just fine.  Perhaps the font size is smaller here or a variation.  I could read everything couple of days ago in my seller hub and as far as I know I haven't had a stroke.  (Thank goodness!)

Also the aforementioned jumping about happens with this new font and did not before.

Me, too.   It's darker and much easier to read. Less eye strain for me.   Can't speak to the listing page jumping around, I haven't had that happen...yet.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
