I have scheduled time away from 12/18-12/31. I re-listed a few items today and they are NOT showing time away on the listings. They are showing delivery from 12/27-12/31. What can I do? New account, can't afford negative feedback because eBay is screwing up!

I don't see any active listings under this ID. Do you sell under another? 🤔
Edit to add: I do see Sold listings, and at the top of that page it shows that 'The seller is away until Dec. 31st, 2024.' Hmmm...

Because you just "relisted item" you need to create "time away" for those new items.

@mtgraves7984 I do have around 40+ listings, not sure.

Thank you! eBay should say that somewhere. It's weird though, some of my new listings were showing time away, others weren't.

Time away means you are gone and not there 'relisting' things so the 'time away' does not work as it assumes you are there trying to sell.
What it really should do is remove all the other 'time away' for all other listings when a seller is actively trying to sell.
But, MOST importantly, when you use Time Away, 90% of people don't read/see descriptions or that notification so when you do NOT ship, you've upset a buyer.
Best to HIDE all listings (click the box) when 'going on vacation'.

Oops... my bad. I had 'Denmark' as my shipping address while checking another poster's listings. 😑
Yes, I see 42 listings now. But I see none with 'Time Away' on them. I'd try to set it up again when you're done listing. 🙌

🤔 I see 42 active listings.
I can have the coasters by the 28th.
Can't click on others, as related items would be popping up as suggestions, and they would not fit me🤣

@ileftmyheartinsandiegoI see 42 listings, none are showing as time away.
@stainlessenginecovers
I have my listings on time away until Jan and recently listed a new item it is also included in the time away.
So I am not sure what is going on with the OPs time away.

I suspect the OP never actually turned on Time Away, they may have thought they did but missed a step in the process.
I also concur, Time Away is an account setting, except for Auction listings the entire account is on Time Away not just some listings, old or new makes no difference.

@slippinjimmy No, I did have it turned on. I sold something that says ship by Jan 6. I spoke to an eBay rep who told me to turn it off, then reset it but it won't let me turn it on again til 11 am PST. What a mess. She even admitted it was an eBay glitch. It is doing it on my other account as well. I just paused my sales on the other account so I don't have any issues.

I am on time away and added a new listing. (ETA: done within the past few minutes)
The listing is searchable with another ID with no indication that I the account is on time away.
No other items show.

Did you search by Listing Number or a normal search by Title?
