O.K, I know this subject has been discussed to death, but really, what has Ebay done now. This past week has been absolutely lights out as far as sales go. With each passing day any type of activity has dwindled down to nothing. It is actually scary, what is happening. I now feel like any sale is a fluke/miracle. Has this past week achieved a new low level of feeble sales activity for you, like it has for me? I want to know if this is site wide, and even though sales have sucked, if this is a whole new sucky level. I didn't want to have to take the extra time to list on competing platforms, but it now seems absolutely necessary for survival.

eBay is all but dead for me on 2 accounts. I've all but given up here now, I cross post my slow items from another platform here, and for the most part, only come here to delete items sold elsewhere.

Very sad, but whatever eBay is doing, they seem to be on a mission to do it.

My sales have gone down to nothing, nada... And when something does sell, the buyer simple doesn't pay and there seems to be no recourse. Had the same buyer bid of my auction items, time and again, only to come up with one sad tale after another about not being able to pay. Well, then, why bid? I'm taking my business elsewhere cause refunding fess simple isn't good enough. Not to mention the lack of views and watchers. Even if you do get them no seems to be bidding anymore. I'm done here.

I've had 1 sale in the past week with half a dozen accounts with 100's of items listed. I think retail is dead. People are finally coming to their senses and not buying massive amounts of "stuff" as in previous decades.

I expect this Christmas to be just as dismal overall as the last several years. The long-time gimmick of getting people to buy "stuff" on holidays is no longer working.

I had two dinky sales over the weekend ,, not much all last week . This isn't normal and I don't care if anyone says anything different . Sales have always picked up when the holidays get closer every year except this one . I've been selling here since Moses was a baby and I've never seen anything like it . I felt pretty hopeless as I was listing new stuff a few minutes ago. Seems like a wasted effort. Tulips

Retail isn't dead, I am selling just fine on a different site with the exact same items I sell here on 2 accounts.

eBay is broken. For some of us anyway. I think they are culling the herd of sellers, fine, cull me, I give up anyway ;-( Sad doing so much work for so little return here and the highest fees I pay anywhere.

Plus the most nonsense, glitches and problems seem to be found here now in spades, always something new every single day. I don't suffer these issues on another platform, none of them.

Since the day is almost over, I thought I would provide a quick review. Well, between me and 2 other sellers I follow, with a total of approx. 1,150 listings, there was one sale today, for a total of $9.99. Need I say more.

Well, my last sale was early Friday, and since then it has been like the morgue. On top of that I got a return today due to improper fit of shirt. With that I am in the negative for the past 3 days. Great business right!

I usually sell as much on this account as my other three combined in September and October - only two sales between 9/18 and 9/30 and none so far in October.

The number of weekends with absolutely no sales on any of my four accounts since July is now up to 7.

Same here, sales are way down, and whatever sales I do get they are for little nothings that don't add up to much. The thought of having to relist on other platforms is so depressing but something has to be done.

Same ,, both my sales HERE were under ten dollars with free shipping .Almost seems like buyers no longer trust e bay ,, but that's just a guess . Actually you may be very happy with the results if you follow through with the comment in your last sentence . I am .. Tulips
