The problem with variations

I want to list an item in a category
Business & Industrial-CNC, Metalworking & Manufacturing-Raw Materials-Metals & Alloys-Metal Sheets & Flat Stock
However, it doesn't offer me options for variations. I am familiar with the fact that in some categories there are no options for variations, but other sellers have variations there. If you can advise me, I will be very grateful. I can't write to support because it's Saturday.

I'm assuming you are also the OP. Show us the listing ID of that other seller you are talking about that has variations.

Also, fyi, Ebay does ALOT of things we don't see the point of it. You'll see
