I got an eBay Offer for 50% off FVF for up to 10 items listed by December 3. It looks like it even includes Buy it Now Good TIL Cancelled. So I listed one of my items tonight, with a 30 day and a Best Offer, but the Graphic still shows 10 items. So I assume, the graphic does not count down until you sell, correct? Funny how eBay must have read my mind today that I was going to take a break and catch up with “This Is Us” from the past three weeks. I ended up spending the day taking pictures getting ready to list stuff instead. Oh eBay - I Just Can’t Quit You!

It will show ten until something that qualifies actually sells. It's an FVF discount, not a free listing offer.

It won't start a countdown until something sells.

I got that special and have left it unaccepted. I believe that ebay uses listing specials as a survey to see how sellers really feel about certain aspects of listing and selling on ebay. That one is to see if sellers are more apt to list their high dollar - and high risk/ high scam items on ebay, if they paid less fvfs when they sell.

I will not risk high dollar items on ebay at all.

I am having the same issue. I only got 1 so the count went down to 9 left. I don’t know how I did that one. I tried every way of listing (relist, similar, bin, and auction style). The promotion ends today, and all I did was use up my 50 free listings for this month.

The offer does not include free insertions. The one that got used was for an item that was listed under the offer AND was Sold.

I just now found that after an item is sold the numbers go down showing how many sales are left for this promotion. I sold 2 more earrings and that’s when my numbers changed.

Does anyone know if I re-list items ending today that don’t sell, will they be included in the offer? I would assume so, but want to make sure. I was going to lower the prices to where I’m pretty sure they will sell. I have sold one item listed Friday, so I have nine more, and have pictures ready for three new listings. I feel like eBay noticed I switched from 30 day GTC Listings to 10 day cancel at end because the promo promotes GTC. It just seemed to me that 30 day fixed price end up selling on either the first or last day of the listing. They seem to fall into a black hole in the middle.
