-Hubby’s military retirement is approaching, we plan to build a house so I currently thrift for cool retro vintage decor items.

-I’m a late 80’s-90’s child so on my spare time I enjoy watching movies & shows from that era with my kids like 90’s Nick, Christmas Story, Beetle Juice, Gremlins, Tim Burton etc..

-Music, mainly Soft Rock (oldies), Alanis Morissette,  Fav band RHCP

-Basically anything too glitzy.

Hello my name is Barbara... Been hanging around on Ebay for awhile. First time trying this.

I like little things, Little boxes, containers, bottles, little pads of paper, little knick knacks

I can and will eat anything: sweet , hot, smoky, cheesy, fishy, whatever

I am a lumber inspector and cabinet maker by trade. I like anything wood and wood related.

I don't have any pets but I like animal and bug stuff.

I have a Magpie's eye so anything shiny, I hunt for rocks and fossils

I like old junk, old jewelry, old tools, sewing stuff, old books

whatnots and thingys

Pens paper and crafting

I love Halloween and heavy metal

Anything unusual or strange

I like normal stuff too like socks, large T shirts, fuzzy throws.

Not picky about color or much of anything really except:

I have more kitchen stuff than the Food Network, So will pass there

I don't do religion, politics, or patriotic stuff. Not against it, just not into it

So I'm Jordan... I'm back for round 2 at eBay (~4 months now), but was at eBay ~13 years the first time so that means at some point I have collected A LOT of different things from vintage fortune magazines to hallmark muppets ornaments to tropical plants. 

What do I love?

- Art deco

- Mid century modern (but I've been very interested by these Victorian pedestals that  I saw at SFO Airport a few weeks ago so now I'm thinking maybe my mom's love of victorian antiques is rubbing off on me!)

- I love to buy art on eBay... acrylic or oil, usually landscapes... ACEO landscapes are great I've found to find new artists.

- eBayana >> I'm decorating my office with old eBay (and eBay Live) collectibles and my xmas tree at home has 3 different legacy eBay ornaments!

- I was born in Canada so Hockey is still my #1 sport and, despite living in San Jose, the Ottawa Senators are still my home team

- Canadian snacks (I don't need them, really I don't)... but whenever I go home to visit family I come back with Canadian chips and various other candy that isn't available here.

I'm not a girly-girl.

The only jewelry I wear is my wedding ring and a pair of white gold hoop earrings. I can't wear costume jewelry (it turns my skin green and earring holes get infected)

I'm skin-sensitive to a lot of scented things (I love to smell them, I just can't put them on my skin), so no body sprays or lotions or bath stuff.

I don't use nail polish or makeup except for special occasions.

No candles (cats and open flames don't mix well)

I'm a 15 year sober alcoholic and Friend of Bill ... no chocolate "cordials"  or things that refer to drinking, please.
