SO i am getting crazy 😅
I get off my drop shipping "evidences" changed correct location for all my listing and got TOP SELLER status on my performance.
BUT i don't see it. in search all my listings are without TOP seller badge.
i don't see any change in the listing also.
facebook agent told that i have badge and it see it. but this is top seller plus, and i see that item below don't have this badge. they all the time tell me to wait 24hours, but it is already 4 days. Also facebook agent told me that i can see badge from my own account because i am seller, but it sounds like lie to me. 
seller above is from Latvia and have badge.
my listing is below and i don't have.
i am talking about this badge and you need to offer 30 day return and 1 handling day, what i am doing but no badge for me.
When I search for those items on ebay.com, with a location in the USA, I don't see TRS badges on any of the listings. See below.
I don't know why you are seeing a TRS badge on that lasting. It's possible it might have to do with the website they were posted on, where you are viewing them on, or where your shipping address is specified to (what country). The first listing (where you see the TRS badge) was posted on eBay.com, but your listing (the last one) was posted on eBay.co.uk, eBay UK.
Even if I change the delivery location to Latvia, I don't see the TRS badge.
This time, the shipping charges match what you saw, but no badge is visible.
The TRS program is broken up into regions and the US site is a region by itself. The top rated seller badges you are seeing are not the same as the top rated plus badges that are shown for sellers that qualify for the US TRS plus program. Those trs badges are from other regions. I’m not sure why you are seeing them on the US site but I can’t duplicate it and see what you are seeing on .com even if I change my location to Latvia.
I can see the TRS badge for the Latvia seller aiktuning and also for you if I look at listings on eBay.ca. Since .ca (Canada) is considered as being in the global region, a seller that qualifies for TRS in the global region will have a badge on a global region sites. The TRS badge cannot normally be seen on the .com site unless their listings qualify for the US TRS plus program.
If you look at your feedback page it shows that you are a top rated seller on .com. But in order for a badge to show on .com the listing needs have 1 or same day handling plus free returns. Two of your listings do show the TRS plus badge on .com. 
Both of those listings have free returns so they qualify for the trs plus badge. Note that the badge is different than what your screenshots showed with the other sellers. You should be able to see those on the .com site but if you aren’t seeing them, try going into any listing as if you were a buyer and change your location in the shipping and payment tab to the United States. Refresh the page and then check if you see them.
As others have said, in order for you to see that badge on .com the listing needs to have been created on this site, have 1 day shipping (or same day shipping) and free returns. Keep in mind that you may still not get the 10% discount for trs plus listings since you aren’t located in the US but I’m not sure of that.

i checked my profile from ebay.ca ebay.co.uk, ebay.ie from another profile and i don't see any badge on my listing. and yellow badge for other sellers are there.
and facebook agent told this:
"Prior to no longer offering Top Rated badges and now offering Top Rated Plus badges. You still get the perks for Top Rated but the badge is no longer available. We appreciate the efforts you have taken to reach this level in your performance."
"The ones who has the badge before the change still show them on account, Sellers that reached the status after the change no longer see the badge on their account, but as Mona mentioned above - the perks and benefits apply as normal. ~Dasha" -
WOW this is very unfair. because badge on search listing means a lot. 🙄
