how do I add taxes when setting up an auction.

@cheers2all, if you mean sales tax, you don't need to do that.

You are based in Washington, and eBay collects sales tax for any purchases that are being delivered to a shipping address in Washington. You are not required to collect any sales tax.

They also collect the sales tax for all other states that have sales tax, except for Missouri, which will begin next month.

Thankfully ebay takes care of that issue.

By the way; that is NOT just an 'ebay' thing. Sales Tax is now collected in almost all 45 states that do 'sales tax' (transaction tax, whatever you want to call it) by MOST ALL LARGE WEBSITES (Any Chain Stores, Amazon, Etsy etc.). 

This also goes for USED items in most states.
