I've previously been getting a lot of sales and pageviews on my most popular listing (Pokemon Cards), and within the past month or so, have been getting a fraction of what I've been pulling. I did an eBay search and found that my listing was not showing up within the categories I have it listed in and is so far back within the pages, it's not even worth promoting (and I'm currently promoting it at nearly 20%).
Can anyone advise or provide assistance? Perhaps I need to rework my title or change my category, but I'm just not sure. I tried many different titles and none of them got me to the first page while I was promoting it. I'm at my wits end!
*Edit: I will be a Top-Rated Plus Seller at the end of July, so I am hopeful that will help. But any advice is still GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

You may want to consistently list items, daily, if possible. I see that spreading your listings apart as oppose to listing everything in one day helps with traffic and sales. If you have spare time, you may want to draft listings all in one day and slowly list them throughout the week.
You may want to maximize your title to use up all 80 characters that are allowed.
Top Rate Seller Plus definitely helps so keep up the great work!

I can assure you the only reason sales dropped is because people are going out, and there is that campaign to "Support Small Businesses" (Sadly they might not we count lol)
I doubt it has to do anything with your listings (Really nice btw!!)

With 1/2 MILLION Pokémon cards selling it is nearly impossible for a single seller to think they will be on page one. Unfortunately you are selling in one of the most over-saturated categories in the history of Ebay.
There is not much you can do but hope someone finds your cards, you have them priced better than most, or are rare enough that people are willing to search them out.
One of the best things to do is price as low as possible because many buyers switch the default search to "lowest first". The reason why you had good views at the beginning is many buyers search "newly listed", so as each day goes by your cards drop in search.

List, list and list some more. When we list, things sell.
Hang in there.

Search is broken. The usual cheerleaders will have the same tired old excuses, but people who sell a wide variety of items have reported the same issues going on a couple months now, sales down, hits dropped way off, and the only real change is the changes they made to search with the last updates.
You can try to ride it out, sooner or later this is going to hit eBay's bottom line with a big dent in their final value fees, or seek alternative ways to sell your items.
Even the flea market has been hit or miss, today ours was very quiet even though it didn't really get hot until after noon.

The usual conspiracy theorist have the same old excuses. Please stop the conspiracies and is it unhelpful to the community.
OP, this has NOTHING to do with a broken search. As previously stated, unfortunately you are selling in the most oversaturated category on Ebay. Read my message four for help.

So basically I am screwed, is what y'all are saying for the most part. Then perhaps I can reduce my advertisement fees for a while and save some extra $$! I don't truthfully understand how far the advertisement fee goes anyway.
