Sudden drop in sales May 2022

Thanks for sharing that article. Some of the cheerleaders says  eBay doesn't blocked bots only not count them as view. Now I know truth.

When I checked one of my new listings today I got the following message:

“Listing traffic history – 1 view 100.0% vs. prior 30 days. This is the total number of times buyers viewed your listing, no matter how they got there. Total views shown here may vary slightly from other references due to latency delays.”

“....due to latency delays.” – Now, can anybody on earth explain this?

No wonder the platform is dying?

That's a lot of metadata to tell me I got one view!?

according ebay that number/graph you click on next to your listing for views is correct - but then how does that explain when you get a sale on item and the view count still says 1? Right...it's not correct.

please add us, we have seen a very significant drop in sales we are usually at a 190,000 90 day and are now at a 75,000 90 day. still listing the same items and what used to fly out the door the minute it was listed now sits for days.  something has to give got bills and employees to pay.

Wow, and for me..another weekend goes by without any sales. Nothing and I mean nothing has gotten better since whatever was done back in May..

i had a few, but I've been adding new listings daily lately... with 400+ vinyls here I haven't listed yet i figured start doing 1 a day or so for little while I have a lot of new stuff coming in that will either sit to the side with other stuff or will put up shortly. Wasn't listing a lot before, sales were so down I just didn't feel like it or devoting time for nothing. Had 50x arrive between Fri-Sat and then looked at what I have coming in still + what I haven't listed so been going through stuff this weekend pulling ones I'm going to list soon. 

Also had sale on another site yesterday, small coin but everything counts.

Maybe something has changed this weekend; Sept. was a disaster, with about 400 items listed.  I do not do PL, and maybe was punished for that in Sept. but sales (6) this weekend is a definite improvement.

Please add me to the list. I took a two week vacation in mid June and my sales have not been the same since.

Sales are still in the tank.  eBay continues to do nothing.  Thought maybe October would improve.  The weekend so sucked and here we all are still treading water going into the holiday season.  Unbelievable!

September was worse than June....  July and August were pretty normal with 1 to 3 sales a day and a couple of zero sales days.  Everything fell off a cliff AGAIN on August 28th.  WTH is going on?
