Please, report here if you recently within a week or so experienced sudden drop in sales. We can then ask Velvet to pass it on to technical team for review of the accounts. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Updates-are-happening-to-some-item-specifics-and-category/m-p/...

Jasmen announce today that issues were resolved and so I don’t belive that anyone will look i to anyone’s accounts and velvet@ebay won’t take notice anymore. Noone reached out to me from Ebay and my sales and views didn’t improve. The technical announcement was unpinned and case is closed. That’s it for it from Ebay.

Really, Issues resolved? I think not!

I totally agree. It is a waste of time to ask eBay to review your individual account. It is a site VISIBILITY issue.
CONSTANT changes and updates by eBay disrupt listing visibility.
When a brick and mortar stores update their store, they normally close the store and know that they will not be making any money during that period, so the store will quickly renovate because they know: the business will be bankrupted if left closed. The brick and mortar stores can plan the updating in advance to make sure they have funds for when the store is closed. eBay sellers cannot do that. You sell or you don't according to the visibility eBay allows and we never know WHEN or IF we will receive the visibility.
The difference between eBay and a brick and mortar store is: brick and mortar stores knows the lights have to be on to make money, eBay knows this too but is not concerned if sellers go bankrupt.
Why not give us a heads up? Why not tell sellers, visibility will be limited in the month of May, 2 months in advance? I would have made alternative plans to make money to pay my bills in another way. I know why, because they don't care.

Absolutely nothing improved for me either.

Please add me to the list too. My sales dropped off to nothing and it was doing pretty well for about two years. I sell repair parts and always getting folks fixing stuff so I had a lot of repeat customers.
The thing I noticed is the traffic dropped to almost zero on my listings which is very unusual. Has anyone noticed traffic dropping suddenly to nothing? Did eBay change the traffic algorithm recently?
Either eBay made some bad changes to the algorithms by accident or possibly did this on purpose. Is this change all about (pay per click) and that's why this all changed?
If this continues I will figure many sellers will leave eBay and sell elsewhere.
Did eBay just shoot themselves in the foot changing algorithms? That's the question?
Or did the (Woke crowd) cancel eBay? 8-(

My sales and views have dropped significantly the last couple of weeks. Things that normally get numerous views are showing 0-2 views. Nothing makes sense. My sister, who also sells noticed an offer on one of her items, which she would have accepted but she was never notified of it (all parameters were set correctly for notification).

first week ever with zero sales.
How appropriate. I'm an "adventurer" into the unknown.

Sales, views, potential buyer messages are dead, dead, dead..... and eBay is simply not going to review individual accounts. They just won't, sad to say it.

Add me as well. My sales have dropped to zero in the last week. 20+ years on Ebay and average over 300 active listings and I've never seen anything like this! This can't go on, we have bills to pay!

Add us to the list. We average about 1K per day with 15-20 orders. In the last week, we have not crossed over $300 in sales for a day and have had only about 2-3 orders each day. It's been a massive drop from a cliff. No views, no traffic, no sales. We have over 4,000 products listed and always have offers coming in and sales orders. But not any more.

Four sales in May, 250 listings from new and pre-owned clothing to beauty and collectibles. Unfortunately, this became a new "normal" way before May. Surprisingly, three out of four sold items were Women`s clothing.

Hello all! The discussion can continue of course, and we appreciate those who have seen a drop in sales letting us know, but we've been advised that they don't need any additional examples at this time. If they're able to find a trend, issue, or something that should be shared with you here, we'll be sure to let you know. Thank you!
