I'm really struggling with the new format for leaving feedback. They have removed several different vital pieces of information that makes it very difficult and time consuming.
First, they no longer have the buyer's name listed so I cannot search on that. While I can search on the item sold, if they have bought multiple items then I have to do multiple searches. This also means I have to load all the feedback which can take quite a few clicks to get it done.
Second, the delivery date of the item is gone so I no longer know when the item was delivered and if 30 days have passed. For those buyers who don't leave me feedback (about 95%) I leave them feedback after the 30 day return window. Now I have no way of knowing when that window closed.
Third, they no longer make the title of the sale clickable so that I can pull up the transaction and find out the delivery date of the item. So I will have to manually look up each item in another tab to get the information I need so I know when to leave feedback.
Fourth, it no longer remembers feedback I've left before so that I can start the sentence and have it autofill. I've had to create a Word file of the different feedback I use so then I can cut and paste them. This is far too time consuming. I don't want to use automated feedback because it won't allow me to wait 30 days past the delivery date.
They've made this process so cumbersome that I think I'm just going to stop leaving feedback for my buyers unless they leave me feedback. I don't have time to go through all the extra steps it takes and that is really unfortunate for my buyers, particularly the new ones who probably really need/want the feedback.
Funnily enough though, the information they left for EVERY single transaction is the name of the seller/store. Like I need to see that every single time because I don't know who I am!! This is a very poor design decision and I really hope they rectify it.

I HATE it! I at least want the delivery date back. I don't leave a feedback unless I know they received the item.

I can’t even tell which buyers didn’t pay? It wants me to leave positive feedback for everyone. On items that had multiple buyers, it’s too much work to figure out who is who.

I hate it also!!! It is a miserable system to use and I don't know why they made this change!

I have not looked at the feedback section much since the June 2024 changes. I just looked today and the September 2024 changes are even worst. Personally I think ebay should make it so you cannot leave feedback for a sale and only buyers can leave feedback. For now I'm only leaving feedback for my sales when a buyer sends me a message asking for feedback.

I agree. I have been happy to see more sales overseas but I have missed out on the feedback because after struggling with it for several days, I was messaged that they couldn't figure it out and gave up. I looked for a "feedback" section in Help on ebay, trying to send a message to them to take a closer look at this but there isn't one. There is nothing to click on to get to an agent or just send a message to eBay.

There is nothing to click on to get to an agent or just send a message to eBay.
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.

I have gone through the Help & Contact area but none of the questions are relevant to my needs.
I have tried contacting them via X, IG and Facebook....nothing.
Will try other avenues you suggested.

If you use the link indicated as "if nothing else works" you should be able to request a call back in North America in about six minutes, at the moment.
If you send a direct message through social media, the response is not instantaneous, but you should get a response.

Buyers can still leave feedback comments where it says "Tell us more about this item".

You're right.
As a buyer, I always leave FB for all sellers who left FB thanking me for my business.
I've never had a problem. There's a field, and I write my comment in it.
