I'm really struggling with the new format for leaving feedback. They have removed several different vital pieces of information that makes it very difficult and time consuming.
First, they no longer have the buyer's name listed so I cannot search on that. While I can search on the item sold, if they have bought multiple items then I have to do multiple searches. This also means I have to load all the feedback which can take quite a few clicks to get it done.
Second, the delivery date of the item is gone so I no longer know when the item was delivered and if 30 days have passed. For those buyers who don't leave me feedback (about 95%) I leave them feedback after the 30 day return window. Now I have no way of knowing when that window closed.
Third, they no longer make the title of the sale clickable so that I can pull up the transaction and find out the delivery date of the item. So I will have to manually look up each item in another tab to get the information I need so I know when to leave feedback.
Fourth, it no longer remembers feedback I've left before so that I can start the sentence and have it autofill. I've had to create a Word file of the different feedback I use so then I can cut and paste them. This is far too time consuming. I don't want to use automated feedback because it won't allow me to wait 30 days past the delivery date.
They've made this process so cumbersome that I think I'm just going to stop leaving feedback for my buyers unless they leave me feedback. I don't have time to go through all the extra steps it takes and that is really unfortunate for my buyers, particularly the new ones who probably really need/want the feedback.
Funnily enough though, the information they left for EVERY single transaction is the name of the seller/store. Like I need to see that every single time because I don't know who I am!! This is a very poor design decision and I really hope they rectify it.

If you click on the question mark on the bottom right and then click on leave feedback, you can rate the feedback page and write in your comments.

I only leave FB if the buyers does anymore.
What eBay thinks is better usually means more work for the seller.
So if a buyer leaves FB, I do too.

I solved any issues with the new FB form.
As long as it stays this way I just won't leave any. Period.
That is apparently what ebay wants.

Tell eBay exactly what you think of the new feedback system.
Go to your own feedback page and use the comment button in the lower right, or try this link:

So a link about the feedback system does not appear on my feedback page. I'm on the desktop. Do I need to be on the app? The link you provided goes to a survey about leaving photos in feedback and not feedback in general. But I appreciate the suggestion.

The link may appear differently in different browsers, or perhaps eBay has changed it recently.
Try using that blue "Comment?" link on the right side by the scroll bar in your image. I have also seen "Feedback" and a large question mark. Many other pages have a "Tell us what you think" link at the top or bottom.
It may lead to a question about adding photos, but you have up to 500 characters to mention any issues involving feedback.
eBay seems to be "testing" something, so apparently things are not entirely decided yet. This is your chance to get your opinion noted.

Thank you! That worked. The other suggestions all lead to a comment page that was focused solely on photos in feedback. So this was the only way to leave feedback specific to the page. Thank you again.

Not sure which webpage you're having trouble with, but in my Manage All Orders page, I can everything you're trying to do. If I want to see the Buyer's actual name, then I look at Order Details.

I actually like to function of the "leave feedback" page, but I think I will give your suggestion a try and see if it works better for me now. Thanks!

I'm a buyer and the new feedback format is horrendous. Previously, I would click the "purchase details link", note all of the items I had purchased from a single seller, and leave feedback for everything in one go (I can't remember the last time I left less than 5 star positive feedback). Now there isn't even an option to click a link to view the auction pages. I had to write a quick script to add a link for each of the items so I wouldn't have to look everything up in my purchase history...
This is the second time eBay has made it significantly more difficult to leave feedback, which has to result in less feedback being given. I can't imagine this would be their goal, so the only thing I can think of is some dumbass pushed "site efficiency" to the detriment of user experience.

Forgot to mention that the thumbnail images are both small and distorted. I'm really hoping this is the result of someone accidentally rolling out a new format prematurely.

I'm sorry to hear the experience is just as bad on the buyer side. That stinks. I have to say only about 5% of my buyers even leave feedback (which is fine because I have enough lol) but now they've made it even harder??? My guess is that tiny percentage is about to shrink even more. Here's hoping they change it so soon. The issue is getting mentioned off site in newsletters and FB boards etc. Hopefully it becomes a big enough deal that eBay pays attention.

I noticed that too about the images! I'm using a 28" monitor and they are hard to see. I can't imagine what they look like on the phone app which is what many buyers use these days. Ugh.

As a seller, I don't see the purpose of withholding feedback or waiting until they've received the item or left feedback for us, so we just automatically give feedback as soon as the order is paid. Honestly, I don't know how sellers have time or energy to go and leave feedback for individual orders, unless you're a really small seller (like my personal account, but even that one I automated the feedback, since it can't be negative anyways).
