I'm getting tired of this and it has become a pattern, New Bidder Signs up for eBay that same day bids on my item then never pays basically goes into ghost mode. eBay Charges me all the selling fees etc. then eBay takes money out of my account with out payment from the seller. I need to go back to eBay get all this reversed, during this time I can not relist the item etc. do to all the waiting etc. I think it happens so much at this point on a particular item I almost think it is another seller making up fake accounts. How many time can I sell the same printer to brand new bidders that never pay.

Every buyer has to start at zero so that's not any indication. I sell to zero FB buyers all the time with no issues. If you are having this issue with the same exact item, then perhaps you are correct that it is a rival seller who is attempting to keep you from selling your printer. Try listing this printer as buy it now instead of auction and see if that alleviates any of this. Best of luck to you....

Why not just ban all "0" buyers from ebay, period. That'll teach 'em.

Buy It Now with immediate payment required

I would get rid of the auctions and go to fixed price, immediate payment required. Few things do well on auction, and they generally aren't commodities as it appears you are selling. Save the auctions for more rare items, items where it's difficult to fix a price, etc. Half the time with commodity auctions I think the bidder has found the same thing where they can simply purchase it and be done with it, and has long since left the room.
Hopefully that will help with the bidder problem so you aren't left holding the bag.
ETA: If people want to buy multiples, they can simply use the shopping cart, check out, and I always just refund postage overage.

You can set your account preferences to block buyers with under a certain feedback number.,...and over so many unpaid item strikes. I had to go look to see if it was still there as I have not set it for many years. Looks to still be there.

None of those options will block a zero-feedback member from bidding on your auction. You can block them from bidding on a SECOND item within 10 days, if they're the winner on one of your auctions.

No, you can't. That block only applies if they have bought multiple items from you over a short time.
Please don't spread misinformation

At one time sellers were able to block buyers who didn't have a certain feedback number but for whatever reason eBay no longer give sellers that option. Literally the only way you can even remotely "block" buyers who don't have a certain number of feedback is if they make an offer on an item you have listed at a fixed price or best offer. If they make an offer you can decline their offer if you see that they have zero or very little feedback.

Use immediate payment required on you listings. Ebay never in a million years will not allow a buyer to bid on your auctions. Think about it, if you came to Ebay for the first time you could not buy anything ? Crazy thought.

Yeah, that never in the history of eBay happened.

I did have an idea about auctions, though it's probably not feasible in the slightest. But I thought the idea 'sounded' nice.
Now this would be if payments could be made and reversed in real time:
So when you bid on an auction, whatever you bid is automatically charged to your payment method. If you get outbid, the money is put back or charge reversed.
This way bidders would have to be serious with their bids.
I know, not feasible, but I thought it was a nice idea.

"Hi , welcome to the restaurant. Have you dined with us before."
"No, this is our first time here. We saw the advertisement and thought we'd check it out. So far, it looks really nice and everyone has been so friendly. I can't wait to try the food that everyone raves about."
"Oh, i's you first time? Get out of here. No, seriously....GET OUT!"
