Yesterday I could use the drop down under "status" on the active listing page. Today the only option is "buy it now renewing today"
Does anyone know another way to sort by out of stock status?

I just tried it.
It still works for me.
Seller hub > Active listings > All statuses
Then scroll down to "Out of stock"
The choices it shows me are...
All statuses
With offers awaiting your response
With offers sending automatically
With questions
With watchers
Ending today
Ending within the next hour
With price markdown
With free shipping markdown
Out of stock
Duplicate listings

It sounds like you may have the new active listings page being rolled out. I still need to get this new page on my account, so I cannot answer your question by testing it myself. Here is a link to a recent post that may help:
Oftentimes, for me anyway, when a new page rolls out I have to check all of the available drop-downs to find what I am looking for. Have you checked under All Filters?

I went through every single thing under all filters.
the out of stock was under "status" yesterday.

I don't see "all statuses" Do you mean all filters?

They better not have changed it.
Why is it that every change takes away something that's useful for sellers?

As a workaround for now, can you sort by Quantity available to bring your 0 quantity listings to the top of your active listings?

I know the rollout has started. I sure hope they did not do away with the OOS filter.

I see it on my hub under active. Hopefully it is a glitch? I can't imagine ebay doing away with that as it IS an important tool for all of us sellers, at least it is for me.

This is what I have always done, wasn't even aware there was a filter and I've been using OOS for 7 or 8 years.

They did not do away with it @mcdougle4248 . I confirmed with a friend that has the new view and the OOS filter is still there under "status."

Well, that is sure good to know. Thank you for checking with your friend.
Maybe it was just a temporary "glitch" for the OP. They said they saw it yesterday, under status, but it was gone this morning.
