Sorting active listings by "out of stock" status is gone now

Yesterday I could use the drop down under "status" on the active listing page.  Today the only option is "buy it now renewing today"

Does anyone know another way to sort by out of stock status?

Out of stock is back for me now.  It was not there yesterday in any possible place.  Today it is back under 
status where it was before yesterday.
