Some People Work Directly OR Indirectly With Ebay are Big Minus to Ebay

There are some people who work with this platform that are quite unethical. and unprofessional. Just because I want a better eBay, they misconstrue the values of my observations and my renderings on this forum. In this Social Media age, where many organizations are consolidating on their reliable customers and fighting for new customers, some unethical people on this platform undermine the efforts of sellers on this platform, they have forgotten that sellers bring food to the table for eBay.  No matter how small you think a seller is on this platform, that seller bring food to the table for eBay. It is a clear lack of appreciation when you start fiddling with my account/ reviews because I called you out. If I don't sell, I will call you out because I know how much effort I put into what I do on this platform. If you tax me too much, I will call you out. We are all supposed to be making money here, if money is good for eBay, money is good for me too. eBay declares Billions of Dollars every year, but you are not ashamed that a fulltime seller on your platform had never declared up to minimum wage from sales here since several years he started to sell on eBay. Before you undermine my efforts on this platform, remember I pay $60 subscription every month; if you multiply $60 by about 5million similar subscribed sellers, that is about $300M Subscription we collectively pay you every month.

You are over estimating your importance to Ebay with 'remarks' made on this platform.

I’m sorry but who exactly is this post directed to?

Are you accusing eBay of writing fake buyer feedback?  My only advice is to take a break from eBay.  If eBay was really hell-bent on ruining you, they wouldn't do it with false feedback.  I absolutely 100% think that eBay doesn't care one bit about sellers - I seriously doubt that they have it out for you.

Your reply shows lack of knowledge regarding the subject. I did not mention anything about importance, neither did my post imply such.  My write-up did not request for anyone to praise me, my post calls for accountability.

Who is “undermining” you and how? Not really sure what exactly was done to you and by who…

eBay cannot ruin anyone who brings food to eBay's table and eBay has no power to ruin anybody. If eBay has power to ruin you, let us know. If you say that eBay can ruin you, you will be the first person that eBay can ruin

Re: Some People Work Directly OR Indirectly With Ebay are Big Minus to Ebay

Ebay's only "job" is to connect buyers and sellers. They can only put your item in front of perspective buyers and take their commission if you make a sale. Ebay never guarantees that anyone will make a sale even with a store.

Ebay has absolutely no control  over whether or not a buyer is interested in your items. Ebay has absolutely no control  over whether or not a buyer DECIDES to click on your item or whether or not a buyer makes a purchase. Ebay can not force a buyer to make a purchase if they don't want to. If a buyer scrolls past your listing without clicking or purchasing is 100% up to the buyer and not Ebay.

I own a restaurant in the main drag of town with busy pedestrian traffic. Beside me is a high end furniture store that has few customers browsing every day. It must be the city's and landlord's fault because he's not making as much sales as us restaurants. The city and landlord must not be doing enough to drive traffic to his store despite the high rents and property tax he pays. The city must be "throttling" his sales and somehow hiding his store from pedestrians that pass by because he grumbles  and complains like the rest of us about the constantly increasing rents and property taxes and changing business regulation at the annual business association meeting.

You are selling clothing which is a very saturated category with more items for sale than there are buyers interested in them

If their only job is to connect sellers & buyers, they need to go back to JUST being the middleman instead of consistently interfering with how sellers want to sell.

Just ignore them. Say what you need to say. The mute button should allow for us to mute them, but apparently eBay wants their voices heard.

I don't even read what they write. Just scroll directly past them.

I don't think eBay is screwing with your account, though. They're screwing with EVERBODY's accounts.

The site is behaving extremely erratically.

I'll rephrase that - what are feedbacks "dropped by the system"?

Re: Some People Work Directly OR Indirectly With Ebay are Big Minus to Ebay

Also, Abe Schrader was known for garments in ultra-suede, not suede. The garment says washable, but washable suede did not come out until about 2000 and by then "Abe" as he liked to be called had sold his label (actually in the 80s, I believe). Before then (from the 1970s) there was washable Ultra-suede, which in fact cost more than the real thing.  That odd wandering feedback was probably right on. Also, the closeups look like Ultra-suede.

It's a nice jacket, though.
