Stolen from the buyers porch, mailbox, car trunk etc.....
I will certainly be leaving as a seller as soon as I sell all my junk and get my money

thanks for that. I couldn't get it to work for some reason yesterday. I was on the ipad though which has serious issues sometimes.

And while it may not have changed what’s happening now it has the potential to change it whenever they feel like it since it doesn’t specify.
The change occurred in late March when they launched the redesigned help pages. It's been about 4 1/2 months but we still haven't found all of the changes because there are so many policy pages.
The last available screen capture of the INR page is from Jan 26th when it still defined "address" as zip or city, state.
In the old pages the seller protection page did not define address but the INR page did. In the new pages the seller protection page does not define address and there is no INR page to clarify. That is where things started to go wrong. The wording of the FAQ in the Fall update and responses from blues only confused things further.
ok so even with the old pages that the other poster showed there was another page at that time that clarified further that only zip code was needed and now there isn't?
and I have to say I absolutely hate ebays new help pages...seriously

Far be it for me to be an Ebay cheerleader but yes-if you don't get a signature you can't fight a case where the buyer claims they didn't get it off their porch. Reverse the situation for a second here. You buy a vacuum cleaner from Amazon for $400. Tracking says delivered but the box isn't at your home, on your porch or in your yard. Are you really letting it go saying "Oh well-tracking shows it delivered so i guess I lose my money". I don't think so.... I don't care if a customer gets annoying having to sign for a package-EVERY box I send out I pay myself for signature confirmation and guess what? No "lost" pakages. AND I have repeat customers so....

Hello everyone,
This thread is getting a bit heated. Please remember that it’s fine to disagree with others, but discussion should always remain courteous and respectful.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Not true. You must have gotten a novice customer service rep. If the package is delivered it is out of our hands. FACT.
