So now for sellers who offer free returns and the new penalties regarding return rate coming... what's the incentive for sellers to have buyers file return requests? If a buyer hasn't filed one and messages me they want to return the item... wouldn't...

Have you gotten any? I think I've gotten 3-4 false SNADs since deciding to try free returns. Is there a way to call CS and have those SNADs removed from my overall count to prepare for the summer update?
