Shipping options don't show all of my options anymore. Same for my phone app.

Can anyone advise me where all of my shipping option selections have gone too?

Upset that Ebay no longer allows flat rate priority padded envelope...this option was perfect for shoes

especially heavier shoes. Seem that every listing on my lab top or phone app is missing all of our shipping options. I like to ship USPS flat rate priority medium and large boxes. I have tried to type in box above with no luck. I have given up and shipping usps advantage due to no options for priority flat rates. sometime large priority flat rate will show as an option. 

I miss the old days shipping page. More user friendly and I could see all of my cost by adding in weight and box sizes. I really need a refresher with shipping.

If the rate still exists at USPS, eBay still allows it even if they do not offer it.

You can add it as a flat rate shipping option, and simply buy the label elsewhere.

     There are several reasons I quit purchasing shipping labels through eBay a long time ago. USPS still offers the padded flat rate envelope and I ship a lot of things in those. I get my labels off Pirate Ship and it is still an available option there.

If you have incorrect dimensions, you will not see all flat rate packages unless you enter the size of the box/envelope.

Pirate ship is free to use.  They will import/export information from your e bay sold list.  Pirate will also automatically upload the tracking number to E bay.

The Way I get to Choose to Ship by all USPS Shipping Options...including Flat Rate Padded Envelopes and All Size Flat Rate Priority Boxes... is by Entering the Size of the Package/Shipment when Listing the Item. This can Also be Done After a Sale When Printing the Label. I do Tell Buyers in My Listing Exactly What Shipping Method I will be Using.,,and the Cost.. That Helps in Allowing me to Use Various USPS Mailing Choices.

and Get Paid the Proper Amount by Buyers.

I don’t do shipping from my phone, but I just checked an order I have to ship to see if I’m seeing the same as you. Was able to find priority mail padded flat rate as an option. Phone I checked on is iPhone 15.

Just like glitches earlier today with listing, etc., there can be all sorts of differences depending on device you are using. Things were a mess on anything Apple, but worked perfectly from PC.

Personally I’d recommend Pirate Ship. Have never had a problem finding the service needed and it can cost less, depending on said service!

     I receive the same discounted rates on Pirate Ship as what eBay offers, sometimes better. I also use a cash back credit card to pay for those labels which further reduces my shipping cost. Good luck with customer support they are pretty much useless these days and will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone even if that means lying to you.

You will probably be able to purchase a shipping label for the padded FRE through eBay if you enter package dimensions of  12x9x1 inches.

eBay's wacky programmers have introduced a completely unnecessary hoop to jump through for sellers who want to use Priority Mail flat rate packaging: Sellers must enter specific package dimensions which correspond to the dimensions of the flat rate package. This is what member wastingtime101 wrote about the situation:

eBay made an unannounced change related to setting up listings with certain types of packaging. When package dimensions entered exceed eBay's programmed dimensions, eBay will not show you those shipping options when setting up your listing.

To access these services, enter the following package dimensions:

USPS Flat Rate Envelopes: 12x9x1
USPS Small Flat Rate Box: 8x5x1
USPS Med Flat Rate Box: 14x12x3
USPS Large Flat Rate Box: 12x12x6
eBay Standard Envelope: 11x6x0.25

     You don't add it to eBay you setup a Pirate Ship account and once your buyer has paid you use the shipping information from eBay to create your label on Pirate Ship. It can then be uploaded to the eBay order or you can simply copy and paste the tracking information in to the eBay order. 

     Pirate Ship offers USPS and UPS shipping labels but they do not offer FedEx.

That's the best answer. A couple months ago I was working on a listing got to the shipping part and wanted to use a small flat rate box. So I clicked on change shipping method and it wasn't there. There were measurements and a weight already entered but I didn't think that mattered but I thought I'd change them all to zero and see what happens that didn't work either. Then it dawned on me to enter dimensions closer to the size of the small flat rate box and bingo there it was.

I use a QR code and have them print my labels at our post office. QR code option available for me to have my post office print? My printer broke months ago. toner is so expensive. need a label maker machine to print my labels. thank you :)))

thank you for your helpful usps dimensions for me. 2 sizes with medium flat rate.  assuming it want matter the size for medium box size options. envelope you have listed with that apply to padded flat rate envelope size as well?
