rejecting to accept delivery in another country

buyer did not accept upgraded , expensive delivery in Cnada item was returned to me and now buyer asking to ship it to another address  in USA while system is showing that the item was not delivered to the original address .. how do i change the new destination address ? and switch for a new tracking nr ? i don want to cancell original deal ..

I would suggest you refund the original sale, minus your non-refundable costs like shipping, and then relist it for them to repurchase it with the new address.  Otherwise you're screwed out of the shipping cost you can't get back, and won't have verified tracking to the address on the order if they still try to file for Item Not Received.

Do you have the item back? If so, I'd refund except for the shipping and then attempt to block.  Do you really want to sell to someone who doesn't know their true address?

I suspect they're simply trying again but through a third party like a friend or a reshipper.  I wouldn't assume they gave the wrong address intentionally or through neglect originally, it may have been a simple mistake.

I agree  DO NOT remail it to a different address.........  Whatever his reason...if you remail, you stand a very good chance of getting a Not Delivered claim since it would not be delivered to the original address...

Refund it, deducting shipping costs, relist and tell buyer to rebuy with the new address.  Ebay doesn't allow sellers to change deliver addresses for the protection of the buyer and seller.
