Somebody bought an item yesterday (the 15th) and paid. So why does the "ship by" date say july 18?

If you are the seller, that means you need to ship the item by July 18 to avoid a late shipping defect.

I use a three day shipping period but ship same or next to make up for shortcomings from the Post Office.

It's telling you to ship by the 18th.

They base that date on your handling time in the listing.

I've always had item set for next day shipping. I looked at the original on this one that was purchased and I dont see the 3 day shipping but also don't see the next day shipping. Confused why this would be changed . I'm not going to worry about it, if I can still be OK with shipping it in three days...then that's the way I'll do it. "I just work here." 😊

That listing has a 3 day handling time.
Click See Details in the shipping section.
