Ship Cover question

Does anyone know if ShipCover refunds for postage on a non-delivered item?  I looked through the message board, but quite frankly the search function sucks...

Well, never mind... I guess I had my answer when I tried to add the cost of postage to the cost of the package and it wouldn't let me do it. 😞
