Sharing an eBay Listing

Does eBay  have what you might call partner sites that it shares our listings with? Originally, I thought this is part of what happens to your listing when you pay for promotion.

People set up affiliate sites where they promote items listed on Ebay and they earn a little commission for any sales from their site.

But no, EPN is not integrated with promoted listings (as far as I know).

PL are shown in various places across the site and e-mails, and through external ads on Google/Bing.

PL = promoted listings

PL Standard listings are placed on and off eBay, EPN, search engines, social media and many other places.

 Here is a graph of my page views. The bottom black part are all the views I get when eBay is advertising my listings on other sites (I assume on items that I have paid to promote).
