Res-stocking fees are no longer allowed as of June 1.
Sorry.
You might want to read the Spring and Summer Seller Updates.

This is a link to the Spring Seller Update page that announced restocking fees would no longer be an option. It also lists other changes to return options.

Good post, so the OP won't be blindsided by any other changes.

You may need to adjust your pricing since you can no longer charge a re-stocking free.

well but most supliers charge the restocking fee, when return produck becouse just don't like it.
When i dropship suplier will charge me with this 20%. What you say - i can't charge the buyer in any case even for not defective product

The problem with being a dropshipper is you really have no way of verifying what the buyer actually received so you will be responsible for any and every mistake made by the 3rd party.

Yes you are right but what when product is ok, as described and is jot defective. Only then i will charge the fee but may be there is not a option anymore for everyone, not only for dropshiper

You can’t charge your buyers a restocking fee. You could always increase your item price by 20% though.

i understand and feel for you but yes, Ebay changed the rules and now re-stocking fees are no longer allowed. You may want to slightly increase your prices if you can to accomodate this~you wouldn't need to necessarily mark everything up 20% because not everything will be a remorse return. However, that is up to you and you may decide to mark everything up 20%~just to be sure you are covered for any eventuality. That is perfectly acceptable~~it just depends on how you want to play this.
Your call.
