So, has anyone pulled up service metrics and found your peers % to be 0%?
In my case, my INR% is about 1.4% over a 12 month period, about 1000 orders. Most of them had to do with COVID, when we were hit really here in WUTAfter receiving an email letting me know that since this number is “very high” my listing ETA’ s will have added time until my number comes down. So just in time for holiday season my listings are over 2 weeks backdated now. I’m basically shut down.
All listings are domestic, and all are under musical instruments. I could never send an order out and be in the same predicament, or have only one INR. Also, my products are hand built to order and dont even have a subcategory, so most just go under “parts”>”other”, which still have hundreds of sellers.
I have spoken to everyone imaginable at EBAY, and if I get onto that whole
horror show, I’ll blow a gasket...
Anyone have any insight?
