Hello!
Is anyone else receiving this message? I can't ship, and don't want to acquire any defects on my account.
It's currently 5:35 ET in the US.
Thanks!

It's doing it for me too! I just looked up how to clear the DNS and it didn't fix it. Also an issue on the phone app that won't load (though it doesn't say the same thing).

It's ok on the West Coast; so hang in there. You have till Midnight to print a label; more than likely will be up and running before then.

Did you try signing out and signing in again. Did you try a different device? You can always print through Pirateship or go to www.usps.com or go to the post office if you have to ship today.

Anything in my house on Comcast internet is getting "service unavailable" DNS error with eBay and a few other sites. Tethered to my phone on T-Mobile, it is working fine. How many people having problems are using Comcast?

DNS failure in Pennsylvania as well

I’m back up and running are you?

Still down. Comcast here as well, if that does turn out to be related. Other sites are working fine, though.

DNS or Domain Name Services are provided by many different sources, usually your ISP.
If, for example, the T3 trunk is down between Denver and Chicago, the 'cached' route tables can cause failures like this until they get flushed or the connection is restored. Many users use different routes to get to different 'highly available' datacenters that service requests from all over. eBay the DNS entry refers to a cloud of services.
Most people arent network engineers but if you're feeling brave, open a command prompt and use 'tracert' which will show all the hops you are taking in the route and what is timing-out or down.
DNSchecker.org is a good way to snoop if there are whole regions down. I dont see any indicated
